Gal Tingz wants you to be satisfied every time you shop with us.

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds due to the nature of our products.

Modify or cancel an order

 

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If we have mailed off a package and it is returned to us (packages marked Return to sender) due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges can be made on all items EXCEPT SWIMWEAR. Exchanges can be made within 48 hours of receiving product. If we have the item in Stock we will exchange immediately, If not in stock, please allow 4-10 business days to receive product.

 

Sales and Clearance Items

 

Clearance and/or items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. All clearance items will be marked 

'FINAL SALE’.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

 

At Gal Tingz, we take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
